Reserving your dream property will give you peace of mind that we will not sell the property to anyone else. By paying a small fee of 100 Euros, Balkan Dreams Ltd will reserve the property for you for a period of one month, and change it's status on the website to RESERVED. The reservation fee will be deducted from the property price, or refunded in full, when you complete the property purchase. If the seller changes the conditions of the sale once you have paid a reservation fee, for example, increases the price, you will be entitled to a refund. However if you decide not to proceed with the sale for any other reason then the fee is non-refundable. Please note that the reservation fee does not guarantee a property purchase or price. Only by paying a deposit on the property will you be able to form a contract with the seller, whereby they are not allowed to sell to anyone else and they cannot change the price. If they break this contract they will have to refund the deposit plus the deposit value once more to the buyer. Similarly the buyer will agree to purchase at the agreed price; if they break this contract the seller will keep the deposit. Unfortunately a deposit cannot be paid until your company has been formed. Please see the purchase page for more information. We will check that the property has not already been reserved, removed from the market, or in any way changed from the advertised status, before accepting your payment. You will receive an email once your reservation payment has been accepted and the reservation made.
