When you buy property in Bulgaria there are several things that you will need to maintain. We have put together this Bulgarian Property Aftercare package to help with anything you may need and make your whole Bulgarian experience better.

Our aftercare package includes:

1. Registering the house with the council (for council tax)
2. Changing the water and electricity billing name
3. Paying the water and the electricity every month (on your behalf)
4. Buying transport tickets, reserving hotels, reserving of cars for car hire etc (on your behalf)
5. Arranging doctors, dentists and vets appointments
6. Putting you in contact with laywer(s) if you have any other legal requirements
7. Completing and filing of the yearly property tax form
8. Finding cleaners, gardeners, etc.
9. Buying domestic animals and food for them
10. Putting you in contact with furniture & design companies and arranging deliveries
11. Putting you in contact with accountants or filing the company as non-profit making
