The houses are located in the village of Debrashtitza. It is situated in the South part of Bulgaria, in the beginning of the Rodopi Mountain, 8 km from Pazardjik and 20 km from the South highway, 120 km from Sofia, 36 km from Plovdiv. The village is a starting point for outings to Livadite countryside and for visiting Dobra Voda hut. It is situated among a deciduous wood. There are three tourist complexes near by. One of them is new and has a swimming pool and tennis courts. 15 km from Debrashtitza there is a small ski resort – “St. Konstantin”. 8 km. after you reach the “Batak” dam which is another resort with ski facilities in the winter and water sports and horse-riding in the summer.
